A: SAM's capacity and user interface is suitable for any aircraft type or size
Q: Can SAM handle Helicopters as well? Including their typical range of operational and components cycles?
A: Yes! SAM can deal with Helicopter maintenance very well and any number of operational or component cycles including cycle calculations. Components can run on any cycles defined and recorded in SAM Log&Production Module.
Q: Can we track complaints/hold Items on the AC including due statement (MEL)?
A: Yes! Complaints/hold Items can be recorded on Aircraft and Components in various ways (Logbook, work order, directly, etc) Due statements can be addressed and reviewed. Complaints/hold Items can be corrected either directly on the flight-log or thru a work order.
